Coffee Dangles

They are very cute and comfortable. Got so many compliments. My only issue is since they are plastic back it was very hard to put a backing on them, so I just didn't wear one with them but then I kinda fear that they are gonna fall off and I'm gonna lose them. But I haven't yet! Overall pretty good

Coffee Dangles Hypoallergenic Earrings for Sensitive Ears Made with Plastic Posts

Store owner replied: Our dangle earrings do not come with backs. Our plastic hooks have a curvature that allows them to stay in well on their own. This is also for your safety so that if the earrings get caught on something or pulled by a little one, the earrings should thread out safely rather than rip your ear.

Good to Know

What are the posts and hooks made of?

Posts and hooks are made from polycarbonate plastic, and the backs are a soft plastic called TPE. Some earring fronts include metal, but nothing metal touches your ear.

Do the dangles need backs?

No. The curved hooks stay in on their own, so backs aren’t needed or included.

Why do the studs come with two backs?

You get two sizes so you can pick the fit you like, plus a spare in case one goes missing.

Are they OK for new piercings?

They’re made for healed piercings only.

Can I sleep in them?

We don’t recommend it. Sleeping in them puts pressure on the glue, which can loosen the backs or pop a post off.

Will the stud posts feel thick?

Stud posts are a little thicker than dangle hooks. If your piercings are small or you haven’t worn earrings in a while, they may feel snug at first. Wearing them a few hours a day usually fixes that within a few days.
