  • New and Unused Items – 90 Days – Full Refund
    • Customers can return their new and unused items for any reason and request a refund for up to 90 days past their purchase or shipment received date. We will issue a full refund minus the cost of shipping.
  • 2 Year Warranty for Broken or Damaged Items – Full Refund
    • Customers can request a full refund or replacement for any broken or damaged item due to faulty material or workmanship for up to 2 years after the purchase of their product.
    • For replacements, we will send replacement earrings and we will pay the cost of shipping.
    • Damages resulting from showering or swimming with earrings, sleeping with earrings, misuses, abuse, accidents, or alterations will void the warranty.
  • Allergic Reactions – Full Refund
    • Customers can request a refund on their order for any pair of earrings that may cause a sensitivity or allergic reaction. We will return a full refund and customers will not be required to send their earrings back.
    • Orders purchased with 3 or more earrings will be required to send back their full order. We will return a full refund minus the cost of shipping.
