🚫 Self-Referrals

Self-referrals are not permitted.

Affiliates are eligible to earn commissions only by referring other customers to us, not by placing their own orders through their referral links.

💸 Commission Payments

You'll receive an email notification when your commission has been issued (usually within 1 week).

From there, you can choose to redeem your commission as cash or a gift card—whatever works best for you! 💸✨

🎉 No Referral Limits

No, there's no limit to how many people you can refer! The more, the merrier—keep spreading the love and earning those commissions! 🎉

🔍 Branded Search Ads

Affiliates may not run ads targeting branded keywords or phrases related to our brand. For example, running a Google Search ad for terms like 'Earrings by Emma' is not permitted.

This policy helps us maintain control over branded search results and ensures a consistent experience for customers seeking our brand directly.

🎟️ Coupon & Discount Code Sites

Affiliates may not promote our brand on coupon or discount code websites. These placements often target branded search terms like “Earrings by Emma coupon” and do not provide unique value to customers—typically listing discounts already available on our website.

This practice results in commissions for customers who were already intending to purchase, which does not align with the purpose of our affiliate program.

Any affiliate found listing our brand or codes on coupon sites may be removed from the program.

🌐 Traffic Source Disclosure

To protect our brand and ensure the quality of our affiliate network, all affiliates must disclose how they generate traffic when requested.

Allowed Practices

  • Blog posts, content marketing, and influencer campaigns.
  • Social media promotion via organic posts or approved paid ads.
  • Email marketing to your opt-in subscribers.

Prohibited Practices

  • Using bots, click farms, or automated traffic.
  • Incentivized clicks or fake sign-ups.
  • Misleading ads or deceptive content.
  • Unauthorized use of Earrings by Emma’s name in search ads.
  • Listing us on unapproved coupon or deal sites.

Important: If we request information about your traffic generation methods, you must provide a clear, honest explanation.

Failure to comply, or evidence of prohibited practices, may lead to withheld commissions and immediate removal from the program.

🔎 Paid Search Violations (Social Snowball Monitoring)

We use Social Snowball to monitor affiliate referrals for compliance with our policies.

  • If Social Snowball flags any referral traffic as originating from paid search ads, those commissions will be automatically denied.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Google Ads
  • Bing Ads
  • Other search engine advertising platforms

    Important Notes:
  • This rule applies even if the paid search campaign was not directly targeting branded terms.
  • Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that all traffic sources are compliant before driving traffic.
  • Repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the program.

⚖️ Policy Enforcement

Earrings by Emma reserves the right to:

  • Audit affiliate activity and traffic sources.
  • Withhold commissions associated with prohibited practices.
  • Terminate affiliates who violate these policies.

By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to abide by these policies.
