Thank you so much for shopping with Earrings by Emma! We know you’re excited to receive your earrings, and we work hard to get every order packed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays), but our goal is one business day.
During sales, new launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there’s ever a significant delay, we’ll notify you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $40 (after discounts, before tax).
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, it is in their care. If your tracking shows delays or your package appears lost, please:
