Refund Policy

New and Unused Items

Customers can return their new and unused items for any reason and request a refund or store credit for up to 90 days past their purchase date. Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.

2-Year “We’ve Got You” Warranty

Your earrings are covered for 2 years from the date of purchase. Cute should last.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Breakage from normal wear

If something happens on our account, we’ll make it right.

What voids the warranty?

Plastic posts earrings require a little more gentle care than metal ones do.  The following void the warranty:

  • Sleeping in earrings
  • Showering or swimming in earrings
  • Inserting or removing posts/backs at an angle instead of straight on
  • Misuse, abuse, accidents, bending, or alterations

If you think your earrings qualify, email us your order number, earring name(s), and a description of the issue. We’ll take it from there.

Sensitive Ears & Discomfort

Nervous about trying something new?  We know sensitive ears are no joke.

Our posts and hooks are metal-free polycarbonate. If discomfort happens, it’s usually due to the slightly thicker post size rather than the material, especially if your piercings are tiny or if you haven’t worn earrings in a while.

Most ears just need a short adjustment period. Wearing them 20 minutes a day for the first week often solves the issue.

If they’re not for you

We will refund the cost of up to 2 worn pairs that caused irritation.

  • Please do not return worn earrings.
  • Just email us the names, and we’ll issue your refund.

We limit refunds to two worn pairs so you can try them risk-free.  Additional unworn earrings may be returned for a refund minus shipping fees.
