What to Know About Our Earrings

  • No Backs Needed for Dangles
    Dangles hug your ear with their curved design, so no backs are needed or included.
  • Extra Backs for Studs
    Studs include two sets of backs, with one set provided as a backup.
  • Thicker Posts on Studs
    Stud earrings have thicker posts than dangles, which may cause brief discomfort for people with smaller piercings or who haven’t worn earrings lately. Wearing them for a few hours each day should resolve the discomfort within a few days.
  • Sleeping in Earrings
    We don't recommend sleeping in them, although many customers do.  It's just that sleeping in them can put prolonged pressure on the glue and can cause the posts to come off and/or the backs to loosen.
  • For Healed Piercings Only
    Our plastic posts are not recommended for new piercings, only healed piercings.

These earrings are awesome! My daughter’s ears are sensitive to *everything*. Even “hypoallergenic” earrings cause her lots of irritation and infection. These plastic post earrings have allowed her ears to heal completely and she can finally have cute, fun earrings! It's amazing to be able to wear cute earrings and change them out for different ones. I'd previously been restricted to titanium because I have a nickel allergy, so I had 1 pair of earrings I wore every day. Now I have super cute choices that are comfortable and don't bother my sensitive lobes. They are not comfortable for sleeping though as the posts are a little long.

Store owner replied: While you are welcome to trim the posts if they are toon long for your comfort, we actually recommend that you remove the earrings for sleeping and showering since it can increase the chance for bending the posts and loosening the backs. It also voids our warranty.

This is mainly a review for the customer service I received! I got the emoji smiles and adored them, unfortunately one of them broke, and right away with no questions asked they shipped me another pair! Amazing customer service, and the earrings are amazing (even for adults) for sensitive ears, they healed me sore ear piercings. AMAZING! And I will definitely keep shopping :)
