  • No Backs Needed for Dangles
    Dangles hug your ear with their curved design, so no backs are needed or included.
  • Extra Backs for Studs
    Studs include two sets of backs, with one set provided as a backup.
  • Thicker Posts on Studs
    Stud earrings have thicker posts than dangles, which may cause brief discomfort for people with smaller piercings or who haven’t worn earrings lately. Wearing them for a few hours each day should resolve the discomfort within a few days.
  • Sleeping in Earrings
    We don't recommend sleeping in them, although many customers do.  It's just that sleeping in them can put prolonged pressure on the glue and can cause the posts to come off and/or the backs to loosen.
  • For Healed Piercings Only
    Our plastic posts are not recommended for new piercings, only healed piercings.

These are super cute, small, and perfect for our 10 year old daughter who has issues with metals irritating her ears. We absolutely LOVE the plastic posts; they have been a total game changer for her! She loves being able to wear cute earrings and be “cool” like her friends without dealing with the pain and irritation she gets from metal posts. We are definitely returning customers and already have 20+ pairs! She loves having so many different ones to choose from, and we will absolutely continue adding to her collection. They are super cute dainty little butterflies. Unfortunately my daughter’s ears are too sensitive for them. (So far my daughters ears has only been able to wear gold earrings but I was hopeful)

Store owner replied: The most common reason someone might have an issue with plastic is more the thicker size of the post than the plastic material itself. This is usually just the case for people that have tiny ear piercings or if you haven’t worn earrings for a while. If you can wear the earrings for a few days, even if it's just for 20 minutes a day, while there could be some initial temporary discomfort during the transition period, there is not usually further irritation. If you don't want to deal with the transition period, you are welcome to email us about our refund policy.

All the earrings are cute. It would be nice to have the earring backs included.

Store owner replied: Our dangle earrings do not come with backs. Our plastic hooks have a curvature that allows them to stay in well on their own. This is also for your safety so that if the earrings get caught on something or pulled by a little one, the earrings should thread out safely rather than rip your ear. Our studs, on the other hand, come with 2 sets of backs. However, they are not made to fit the dangles.
