The posts are quite thick on this pair very pretty but they kind of hurt a little bit

Rhinestone Wrapped Pearl Studs Hypoallergenic Earrings for Sensitive Ears with Plastic Posts

Store owner replied: Plastic posts are slightly thicker than metal ones and this can cause some initial discomfort for some customers. This is usually just the case for people that have tiny ear piercings or if you haven’t worn earrings for a while. If you can wear the earrings for a few days, even if it's just for 20 minutes a day, while there could be some initial temporary discomfort during the transition period, there is not usually further irritation. If you don't want to deal with the transition period, you are welcome to email us about our refund policy.

The earrings themselves are great! So pretty and seem to be of good quality at a good price. Unfortunately my ears just seem to really dislike the plastic posts, my ears bled and got inflamed. As someone with metal sensitivity I thought this would be a good option for me but looks like I’m just destined to only wear very expensive metal lol!
