Amazing customer service. My daughter hasn’t been able to wear earrings since she was a toddler because her ears would get infected. I haven’t been able to wear earrings in years! Gold, silver, platinum, hypoallergenic, it didn’t matter, all of them made my ears burn. When I saw these plastic earrings, I decided to give them a try. At first my right ear only was a bit uncomfortable, but that was probably just because my hole was very small and the 4 mm plastic post was a bit bigger, so my hole had to stretch a bit. But after wearing them for one day, they felt fine with zero irritation and they never burned. ALL other earrings burn inside my ear within five minutes! I actually fell asleep with them in my ear, and woke up highly impressed with no discomfort! I will definitely be ordering more. I’m so excited at the opportunity to be able to wear a pair of earrings again. Anyone with sensitive ears should give these a chance! You won’t be sorry you did!

I have always gotten very itchy when I use an earring on my second piercing and get infected so I always end up taking them off and it’s like they close and I can’t put another one unless I literally keep pushing until it breaks and the earring goes in which I had to do when I bought these but 3 days later they healed and now I’m loving it and they are not itchy or red or infected after 20+ years I can finally wear a second earring. My ears have been peirced for approximately 20-25 years and here within the last 2 years or so, Ive begun having issues with my ears reacting to earrings.
