Are the earrings completely metal-free?

The post is. That's the part that goes through your ear, and it's plastic. Some of our designs use metal or resin on the decorative front, but that never touches the inside of your ear.

How does the 3 / 5 / 7 deal work?

It's counted by pairs, not dollars. Add any three pairs and shipping is free. Add five and 15% comes off the order. Add seven and it's 20% off. It happens automatically in the cart.

Can I mix studs and dangles?

Yes. Any pair on the site counts toward your three, five, or seven.

What if a pair doesn't work for me?

We will refund the cost of up to 2 worn pairs that caused irritation.

  • Just email us the names, and we’ll issue your refund.

We limit refunds to two worn pairs so you can try them risk-free.  Additional unworn earrings may be returned for a refund minus shipping fees.
