What to Know About Our Earrings
No Backs Needed for Dangles Dangles hug your ear with their curved design, so no backs are needed or included.
Extra Backs for Studs Studs include two sets of backs, with one set provided as a backup.
Thicker Posts on Studs Stud earrings have thicker posts than dangles, which may cause brief discomfort for people with smaller piercings or who haven’t worn earrings lately. Wearing them for a few hours each day should resolve the discomfort within a few days.
Sleeping in Earrings We don't recommend sleeping in them, although many customers do. It's just that sleeping in them can put prolonged pressure on the glue and can cause the posts to come off and/or the backs to loosen.
For Healed Piercings Only Our plastic posts are not recommended for new piercings, only healed piercings.
These earrings are beautiful! For the price point I was actually a bit shocked because the pearls especially are very, very pretty! I put them on as soon as I opened the box and saw them! I typically wear tarnish free, stainless steel jewelry, which has a thicker gauge— it made putting these earrings on a breeze. I am so grateful I found y’all and I’ll definitely be back for more!💕🙏
These are so pretty! They look super elegant and don't hurt my ears, which I just got pierced a little over a month ago. Thanks for making earrings for those of us with super sensitive ears!
These earrings are a lifesaver. I love that you offer a plastic post or a plastic hook! I have a metal allergy and I’m not able to keep regular metal earrings in my ears for even an hour without there being aches and pains in my ear. I know that sounds weird to actually have your earlobe ache, but mine does. I love that I’ve never had any discomfort whatsoever with your earrings. It’s almost a softness to the hook or the post, because of the flexibility of the material. These are a game changer. I love sharing these earrings with everyone I know. My niece, who also has a metal allergy, loves when she gets a shipment from me filled with a little box of earrings! I always end up sending her the box that I receive so that she too can open the cute pink box with her earrings inside! She is now sharing earringsbyemma.com with all of her friends too!
My daughter has worn the same earrings since 7 years old because they are the only ones who didn’t cause a reaction. So excited to find these because NO REACTION WHAT SO EVER! She is super excited to get all the fun earrings now to match her 16 year old stylish self! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Thanks for your feedback. We recommend you remove our earrings for sleeping and showering since these activities may increase the chances for bending the flexible posts and loosening the backs. It also voids our warranty.
I’m 76 years old and have tried numerous types of ear rings but always have allergic reactions from the metal. Tried cheap and very expensive sets! My left ear grew up and am waiting for the healing from a new pearling to show both sides but I’ve had this one ear ring on for several days with NO adverse reaction. I also purchased empty hooks and rings to attach my old earring to do I can enjoy wearing like normal people. Thank You😄 so much for these products!!

The most common reason someone might have an issue with plastic is more the thicker size of the post than the plastic material itself. This is usually just the case for people that have tiny ear piercings or if you haven’t worn earrings for a while. If you can wear the earrings for a few days, even if it's just for 20 minutes a day, while there could be some initial temporary discomfort during the transition period, there is not usually further irritation. If you don't want to deal with the transition period, you are welcome to email us about our refund policy.
These earrings are lovely and i received many compliments! Earrings even sterling silver made my ears hurt. Barely knew i was wearing earrings and my ears are not sore! Love them! I highly recommend!
I was looking for some smaller Pearl drop earrings to go with my small Pearl choker cross necklace. These earrings are a perfect match! And I’m still loving the plastic hooks!
I love them so much there very pretty and I do not feel them in my ears, very good quality I'm looking forward to ordering more earrings but I haven't found the styles I like other than THEESE
I’ve never worn dangle earrings before and I absolutely love these! They are super fancy and lightweight. The metal does not touch the ear if you’re worried about that.

I already had these but lost one so bought a new set. I love the diamond looks ones and the pearl ones are great. I do wish I had bought one size smaller for the pearl ones.
I have not worn earring for quite a few years because after a couple hours I could feel the lobes beginning to burn. I am still getting the burn but will keep wearing them to hopefully toughen them up. I will be picking some studs out soon. Love the concept and styles.

They are cute, delicate and elegant. It is just the perfect size.
Love the earrings wish I had these when I was younger. Could not were any in the 70. Always broke me out. Only ones I could buy was the kind you get ears pierced with.

I love your earrings! I have gone years without wearing earrings in my sensitive ears. No matter what type of metal, they would turn red and burn, and now I have cute, reasonably priced options! So happy to have found you!
