Jump Rings (Blanks) — the tiny heroes of dangle earrings! Designed for use with our clear plastic hook blanks in case you want to make your own earrings or swap out existing pesky metal hooks with our comfortable hypoallergenic plastic ones.

What you get...

  • 20 jump rings (all the same size & color — consistency is your friend 😉)
  • Sizes available: 4mm, 5mm, 6mm
  • Colors available: silver, gold, bronze, rose gold

Why these jump rings are secretly amazing...

  • Every dangle earring dreams of jump rings that are strong, dependable, and stylish. These are those rings.
  • Most or our plastic hook earrings need 2 jump rings per earring, some metal hooks only need 1 — 20 gives you plenty of margin for creativity (or misfires).
  • They’re blank slates, ready for you to transform them: link, stack, twist — your jewelry magic begins here.
  • Made to stay closed tightly, so your earrings stay together even when you wiggle, dance, or aggressively give a thumbs-up.
  • Weight: ~0 oz (well, they’re tiny)

Important note: These are blanks — no earrings included. Just pure opportunity.

What to Know About Our Earrings

  • No Backs Needed for Dangles
Dangles hug your ear with their curved design, so no backs are needed or included.
  • Extra Backs for Studs
Studs include two sets of backs, with one set provided as a backup.
  • Thicker Posts on Studs
Stud earrings have thicker posts than dangles, which may cause brief discomfort for people with smaller piercings or who haven’t worn earrings lately.  Wearing them for a few hours each day should resolve the discomfort within a few days.
  • Sleeping in Earrings
We don't recommend sleeping in them, although many customers do.  It's just that sleeping in them can put prolonged pressure on the glue and can cause the posts to come off and/or the backs to loosen.
  • For Healed Piercings Only
Our plastic posts are not recommended for new piercings, only healed piercings.

They were just a lot smaller than I expected.

Store owner replied: If you are not pleased with your purchase, you are welcome to return unworn/unused items. Please email us for details. For future help in selecting items that are a desirable size, we have the size listed in the product description, a ruler photo associated with each product, and you can filter our website by size. I hope this helps.

I am so excited about these earrings. I ordered the hooks and backs and transformed my earrings. I can now wear all of my favorites all day long with no pain or irritation. As a pastor I like to complete my outfits with earrings since I am in front of people a lot. It had become so bad that if I dared to wear my earrings for the usual two hours I would suffer for the next few days. Thank you Earrings by Emma this is a life changer.

Jump Rings (Blanks)

Thrilled I could buy rings and just hooks. I transferred over a half dozen of my earrings I haven’t been able to wear but never could come to getting rid of.

These earrings worked great for my daughter, who has had trouble with infections and such since getting her second piercing done on her ears. They are lightweight and comfortable for her and no troubles since she started wearing them! We will likely purchase more!

Jump Rings (Blanks)

So cute! Such fast delivery! And the work so well with my sensitive ears! I got some hooks on their own and re-hooked several old pairs I haven't been able to wear in years.
